I am at my all time high and I can admit it is my own fault. I use food as a crutch and I thought with hubby deployed I would have this great transformation and I have just gained! AHHH! entering recipes
Some things just don't add up... I wish there was a way you could just name your recipe and enter the calories and other info manually...(as in not adding ingredients). Is there? I am cooking a LOT of recipes from a weight watchers cookbook and it has all the info and by the time I enter things I know it should be a lot…

Am I just missing it? Is there any way to enter the calories and everything manually? I have been doing a lot of cookbook recipes and all that info is already there but the options I can pick from when adding ingredients is wrong! :( ugh!!!

Trying to make good choices
