Am I just missing it? Is there any way to enter the calories and everything manually? I have been doing a lot of cookbook recipes and all that info is already there but the options I can pick from when adding ingredients is wrong! ugh!!!

Most of the "options" are just what other people have entered into the database. If it's not right you can create a food for the database. Go to the "food" tap and under that click on the "my foods" and create a food. When creating a food you use the info off the labels of the foods you are using. Then those foods will be there for you to use in the future. I hope this helps. If you have any other questions feel free to message me.0

Fastest way is to click at the top where it says "Food" then click on top where it says "Recipes" and just click "Enter New Recipe"0
