  • True. But before that I was not watching what I ate at all except that I stopped eating much dairy as I've developed a problem with it. Just discouraging but I know this too shall pass. Why can't I automatically be the 130 that I was 25 years ago? LOL. (You don't need to answer that - I'm actually shooting for 145.)

  • Not really to the exact calorie, but in reports, if you go to the "net calories" report... if there is any consistency to the way you eat/exercise, you should be able to "eyeball" an average.
