  • For me, it is totally worth it. I try to go to the weight classes at least 2 times a week. I have learned a lot in those classes and should I leave the gym, I would be able to continue at home. Also, it is my quiet time!
  • My husband uses the powder form and puts it in just plain water or his grapefruit/matte mix. It has done wonders for him.
  • Women's Health home page has some yummy recipes up today. If you can invest in a cook book I HIGHLY recommend "Vegan with a Vengeance." Her recipes are all so yummy and even I can cook them. Her pancakes are killer!
  • If you have a Costco membership, they have a New Balance N4 for $43 that has great reviews.
  • We mostly use unsweetened coconut milk for everything. Once in awhile I will buy almond milk for specific recipes.
  • I would ask if the WF beef is local as I know when I ate meat our WF carried locally raised meats. If it is local, I'd continue with that. If the WF beef is not local, I personally would switch to the other one as I strongly believe in using local food sources first. Just my personal opinion.
  • I love Zumba with the RIGHT instructor. I go to 24 Hour Fitness and there are only 2 instructors out of around 6 that I feel like I get a good enough workout. If done right, it is an awesome workout.
