No don't have it discourage you! When you weigh yourself make sure you use the same scale because every scale is different so don't worry :)

im having the same struggle!! i been stuck at 141 for the past month or two i cant seem to lose the last 10lbs :(

no you dont need to lose anymore all you have to do to lose it is tone up by doing sit ups and aerobic work outs, but you dont have to lose weight hope that was helpful! :)

if your sore then dont work out your body needs to rest and just eat something light and some fruits tomorrow is a new day so you will be fine everyone messes up once in a while.. :) good luck!

i think you should get the out door bike it would be a better work out and more fun :)

dvds or look up some aerobic work outs or try and find a running partner :)
