4 pounds in 2 weeks isn't super abnormal. It's actually pretty quick. If you are losing weight that quickly, it probably isn't sabotaging you :)

There is a science behind DOMS. Essentially, when lifting, you are causing microtears in your muscle. The DOMS feeling is essentially bruising (not exactly, but essentially). The more you lift heavy, the less DOMS you feel (usually). Usually because your pain threshold goes up. Hope that helps!

Except they are. If I say "avoid all meat" and later said "eat chicken" I am contradicting myself, even if I said they were "guidelines." Maybe they could have used common sense in creating these "guidelines" instead?

If they are planning on mixing up how BMI is calculated for obesity, why not switch the standard to Body Fat percentage? Give doctors a pair of calipers. Much, much more accurate than BMI. Not perfect, but still much better.

Number 2 and Number 14 are in contention. Honey never spoils, but it then tells you to use it as a sweetener. I don't know what to do here. Rice also never expires. Should I eat it? Also, salt never expires. Clearly, I shouldn't eat that either. Nothing bad every happens to people who never eat salt!

Thank god we live in a country so privileged that people don't understand the dangers of things like "raw milk" and "no vaccinations." Seriously, we are really lucky we have to search for ways to potentially kill ourselves via preventable diseases.

What are your goals? If you are trying to build muscle, body beast is decent. Lose more weight, t25 isn't that bad. You could also invest in a home gym and not do programs? Invest in a bench to do bench presses on, some weight plates, dumbbells, and a barbell.

You can if you want! I find they do help, personally. Makes it easy to figure out what I did, and allows me to be consistent with my weights and what I lift. It also allows me to look up new exercises based on body type. So, if I finish my routine sooner one time, I can add in another exercise I might not have thought of.

I used Fitocracy and really liked it, but it's been broken for the better part of a month of android (and my ipod touch is too weak to use it). Now I'm using Jefit, and I like it. I do miss fitocarcy however.

Clearly this is unacceptable. You need to bring pepper spray next time, spray everyone in the gym, then talk to management about how you were almost assaulted. Then quit, build a gym in your apartment, and never lift heavy again. Don't want to get bulky!

I have a gym near me that is good and I go to. It is $10-20 a month, depending on the "perks" you want. I'm worried that when I move I will have to pay through the nose for the gym.

The irony of you, in 2 sentences, saying eating clean tastes better then talking about how amazing and yummy this "dirty" food was. Clean is more nutritionally dense, for the most part, but doesn't necessarily taste better. Oreos are strictly better tasting than bananas.
