A quick update: i still hula hoop and feel no pain. I love it!

I worked out sat and sun. In the past I would have stayed on the sofa all weekend.

Wore a pair of pants i have had for years that had been too small. I have been shopping in my own closet.

I mentioned that I love cheese at work when someone said well you are skinny so you can eat cheese. I was sooooo happy.

I dont usually eat all my exercise calories, but when I eat some i only eat intentional cals from working out.

I look good in shorts again. Went to Old Navy yesterday and bought a pair. They look awesome!

Went into Express to try on a few outfits and they all fit!

I am able to take off my pants without unbuttoning or unzipping. I am not going to buy new ones until I get to my goal. In the meantime I hope my belt continues to hold my pants up.

Everyone at my job is coming to me for advice on how to lose weight. I just tell them simply counting calories and exercising 4 days a week.

Thanks! I started out with 30 day shred, but now I do 30 min cardio and then about 45 min weights. I have also been doing lots of planks lately. They are really helping to get me toned. Right now im set at 1370 cals.
