I love my fitbit HR Charge. I find it very accurate when I compare calories burned against treadmill.

Make sure you weigh everything, even sugar for your coffee. I also weight my egg whites and turkey bacon. Weigh everything.

I tried on a pair of red capri pants from my closet that I was never able to fit. Guess what! They now fit. It's still in the 90s here in South Alabama and you better believe im wearing these tomorrow. Not waiting through another winter lol

I use to have a free day on Saturdays, but stopped. Im now tracking my calories everyday, but eatting maintenance on Saturdays and counting every calorie.

I go crazy eating on Saturdays, but I eat anout 1500 cals a week. I lose different amounts weekly. Sometimes 2 pounds and sometimes .50.

I'm 6 feet and I do believe it's harder for taller people. It makes since taller people have to bend down farther
