Seasoned breakfast turkey sausage, egg whites, sprinkle of cheese. Then an english muffin or oatmeal on the side. So good!

I eat egg whites, breakfast turkey sausage and a sprinkle of cheese. So good. 228 calories, 32g protein, 11g fat, and 0 carbs. Then i add either an english muffin or some oatmeal to it. Keeps me pretty filled up!

Slip ups always happen! There are some mornings where I start off so bad and eat so much. But I have to try and self motivate myself and tell myself that it was only one meal. Then I start over at that exact moment and make sure I finish the day in good standing. Motivation can be so hard to find but just talk to yourself…

I am 5'11. I weigh 170. Though I am trying to lose about 10-15 more pounds.. my biggest objective is to lose body fat and gain muscle. Honestly, I'm not sure my body could handle being under 160-150 pounds just because of my body type.

My favorite is iso-100 from Dymatize. It's an isolate. Just has amazing nutrition. 110 Calories and 25g of proteins. Like 1 g of carbs and fat. It taste really good as well. It's a little bit more expensive than ON but I rather spend the extra few dollars and get it.
