Oh it works!!! I can tell a HUGE difference in how I eat and exercise when I use MFP and when I don't. Elena, I'm starving too. =) Actually, I'm new to all this too. I have the same problem... I eat WAY too big of portions. I don't neccessarily eat really bad, just a lot.
