  • Water weight probably. Have you eaten something salty in the last time ? Or used a lot spices (most contain a lot of sodium). If you're still on deficit and doing activities then you're fine. Check again in a week, if it keeps rising look for changes in diet you did in the last time and try to cut a bit more kcal/add more…
  • I'd rather would use the one from scooby (if you marked 'desk job with little exercise'). But when cutting i would rather go with lower calories. (I was on 1600kcal while working out 4x a week + cardio everyday)
  • Thanks for the answer! Here's a reply about the kcal's from vegetables: "Count the fats and carbs, but count off fiber values from carbs (your body doesn't use it). Protein is usually in small amounts and doesn't have a full aminogram. If you have a really tight diet then count the kcal in but not the protein." Is this…

Add some yoghurt on it (mixed with 0kcal walden farms pancake syrup or chocolate syrup). Soy is also a choice, but i as a man avoid it because of phytoestrogens.
  • First time bulking after a long cut. Started with 2400kcal(500kcal surplus) for a week and creatine monohydrate (5g mornings / 5g mornings and after workouts on training days) but i upped it to 2600kcal as there were not even slight changes in weight Probably going to need to up it to 3000kcal soon. I plan on doing this…
  • 30g Casein powder + 100-120 egg whites (2-4 eggs) = high protein pancakes serve with 0% fat yoghurt, and if you like it sweet add some "walden's farm pancake syrup"(it has 0 calories) to it. Uh, and if there are some vegetarian/vegan guys: look out not to use soy products/tofu as it lowers sperm count and possibly lowers…
  • Yup, yerba mate is definitely the thing. There are lot's of flavored with dried fruits or herbal ones so she could probably find something for herself. For the ultimate kick i would suggest Canarias (its pretty much ground to powder and has a strong 'rooty' taste), Cruz de Malta(red package) or Pajarito (herbal Pajarito…
