I went a whole month without added sugars and it was very difficult. The first week was the hardest. I had major withdrawal symptoms. I can totally relate! I live in SA too and I can do good all week, stay within my calories and workout. But then comes the weekend and my sister calls "hey we bbq'd. come over!" It's so hard not to over do it because I want to eat everything especially all the tortillas! Anyway, I loved your story. You did great :D

Well I drank at least 11 glasses of water every day this past week. Unfortunately I've been sick the past few days so I didn't complete the walking part of the challenge.

I try to stay a few calories under my target in case I over estimated my exercise calories. Yes, I've done this before and I need to start again! Usually I will buy a size down in jeans so I don't have to wait too long before I can wear them. But it feels even better when they are too loose and you can no longer wear them instead of not being able to wear them because they are too tight.. :D

I'll usually pack pistachios, or peanuts, (in the shell so it gives me something to do and I don't shove it in my mouth so fast) or fruits. Sometimes I'll pack some hummus and pita bread too and cheese and crackers.
