  • A dietician told me to just "tweak a couple of habits", ie if you eat out 3x a week, try 2x. If you have drinks on the weekend, cut a couple short, if you order large take away meals, try a medium instead. And I've also noticed, the more active I am, the less I want to mindless eat... add me if ya like!
