I haven't given up all sugar but I started using it in my tea an OCCASIONALLY for cooking... I would maybe use as little as 1 packet and as much as 5 teaspoons a day.... I am gonna stop using it but I was just curious if any people here experienced it as well bc I feel crazy because people say its actually supposed to help…

Depends on my mood. I do yogurt with granola, hardboiled egg (I make them up in advance) with some paprika and then have some fruit or something or chocolate if I'm dying for it, nuts, bread with nut butter, cookies on occasion haha.

Whole wheat frozen low fat waffle with hazelnut butter. Egg whites, veggies and some ham or sausage. Oatmeal with fruit and almond milk. Fiber one cereals fill me up and keep me full for a long time.

Can he re-make the pizza to be less high in calories? Use skim milk cheese or maybe thin the crust? Use more veggies? With pizza I will have 1 slice and then stop. Sometimes I feel done with just a 30 minute workout but today I feel energized by them and feel like putting time Ito myself, Kwim? I just don't want to overtrain.
