Meal/snack ideas

I know salads and fruit/vegetables are a good choice when looking for low calorie meals or snack but other than that do you guys have any ideas?

Depends on my mood. I do yogurt with granola, hardboiled egg (I make them up in advance) with some paprika and then have some fruit or something or chocolate if I'm dying for it, nuts, bread with nut butter, cookies on occasion haha.0

Not everyone thinks that fruit is a good choice. I raised blood glucose high, causing a release of the fat-storage hormone insulin (see Wikipedia etc). What's good about that?
My fave snack is a cold hard boiled egg, eaten in small bites with a pint of tea. Really filling, and perfect nutrition at the same time!0
