I usually have a glass of wine each evening. Saturday & Sunday I will have a few glasses with my husband. Slowly but steadily I have been cutting back, but not ready to give up my wine completely!

I count cleaning as exercise on Sundays. Sundays i spend the entire day doing a deep cleaning. But i only log about 2 hours into MFP.
