struggling with moderation...

One of the things I really struggle with in life is the 'grey areas'... I am an 'all or nothing' person, and it drives me MAD. i was happily eating 1000 or less a day to lose weight, and feeling great about it, now I discover I actually need to eat more, to effectively lose weight, particularly if I want to lose fat and not muscle. Does anyone else find this a struggle? it sounds crazy even as I write it but I would actually rather eat LESS, as once I start eating, my immediate thought i to throw in towel and eat loads.

If you want to lose fat, I'm not talking about scale weight, because scale weight loss and fat loss aren't the same thing. If you want to lose fat, you have to eat. 1000 or less calories a day is bad for you. You have to 1200 or more. Aim for 1500 calories a day. Follow the pyramid, drink plenty of water. Eat in moderation and portion size and you will see a difference.0
