Fake it till you make it. My motivation is on walkabout to so I don't want to work out and I don't want to eat right but I have to cause I don't want to be the heavy and I don't want to be this out of shape. So I am going to go do my work out and afterwords I will have a nice healthy meal. Good luck! Feel free to friend me.

I hit over 600 on a 30 min run walk plan but it all depends on age and size along with intensity. Someone with 20 pounds to lose will have to work a lot more intensely then someone with 50-100 pounds to lose at the same activity.

That sounds right. You can look up TDEE calculators to double check. They use different formulas bit should be close.

I have a bag with brush, emergency monthly supplies, hair bands, water enhancer, pain killer, HRM and earbuds. Water bottle goes where I go and I put a fresh towel in the bag when I get home from a workout or the next time I head to the car. The bag lives in the car.

Taco salad or chicken salsa salad are a weekly staple. I make the taco seasoning my self to avoid salt and stuff. I use beef or turkey and I have tortillas available for tacos. Height: 5'4 Frame: Large Ideal Weight 134 lbs - 151 lbs My original goal was 150 but now I am thinking 135 ish. That was my lowest adult weight. We will see as real goal is to be healthy and strong.

Every Friday I have pizza! I also eat out 2-3 times a week. I don't run yet. Don't do protein shakes but occasionally will throw in a protein bar. When I realized that this is not a vanity thing but a health thing it got easier. Now I am only a month in eating healthy but I have stuck to a eating plan this long ever. I also found an exercise I love and have been at that for almost 4 months. Who would have guessed I love to work out and get hot and sweaty. Good luck.

Not for me. 45 min of martial arts 700 I confirmed it with my HRM over several classes and it averaged about 700.

I use Endomondo http://www.endomondo.com/features You can track all types of exercises and it has gps for your walks/runs. I have the free version.
