Cycle 1 - How are you doing?
For those in Cycle 1 how are you doing. I am on day nine and I have lost the cravings and feel great. The scales are being nice and my clothes are showing a difference. I need to read up on cycle 2 and make sure I am ready. Just curious on how everyone else is doing.

MFP has me eating 1200 cals plus exorcise Cals and I have a slight stall of 3 days I know it is not much of a stall but it has me thinking. I have been averaging 1200 cals and working out (Martial Arts) 4-5 times a week and dropping an average of 4 lb a week with about 86 to hit my first big goal. So which strategy should…
