MFP has me eating 1200 cals plus exorcise Cals and I have a slight stall of 3 days I know it is not much of a stall but it has me thinking. I have been averaging 1200 cals and working out (Martial Arts) 4-5 times a week and dropping an average of 4 lb a week with about 86 to hit my first big goal. So which strategy should I follow:

BMR - 20/25% plus some of my excercise cals = bmr 1523+ EC(-25%)

TDEE set working our 4 times a week = 2161 which seems a lot.

So which do you think should be my next step if this stall does not stop?

TIA
G

First of all, you need to do some reading so that you can understand all these numbers. BMR is the number of calories your body needs to just maintain your body functions. That's too low for almost all people. Eating at a deficit from that is dangerous without a doctor's care.

Here is a link that will help you understand the numbers. Good luck - you can be a success story too!

3 days in not a stall, if stalls actually exist in the real world. In your first calculation you forgot to add your activity factor to your BMR, if that makes any difference to you.

3 days? thats not a stall...

either weigh yourself daily so you understand the way your weight fluctuates or stick to weekly weigh ins.
