Not Hungry? WTH

Ok so I am in the fourth week of watching my Calories and I have not been hungry all day. I had to make myself have a few bites with my meds this morning. Then when 2pm rolled around I made my self have some soup. I know I will be hungry after my work out tonight and have dinner planned and will still be 500 cals short so I know I need to add something else and probably will.

Is anyone else having to make them selves eat?

    If it's just today then just don't eat. If it's an every day thing, then you need to eat more throughout the day. Full fat dairy is usually where I go for more calories - yogurt as a snack, or using some cheese on my vegetables :)
  • I've been having the problem where I'm not hungry enough to eat my calories or I get full too fast. Sometimes a protein shake helps. It's easy to drink and doesn't make me feel too full or bloated. Or even a protein bar. The cookies n cream from Apex (if I'm remembering correctly) tastes like a candy bar!

    then dont eat, your body has plenty of extra energy surplus
