I absolutely love this! My husband told me the second day of my lifestyle change (lol) "wow you look slimmer already, how did you do that?!" I know there was no way in heck I've lost anything over one day, lol but it sure made me feel good :)

Try www.skinnytaste.com its a good website with really yummy low calorie foods. I make different recipes all the time from there for my hubby and myself, and he never even knows the difference!!!!

Now I want to go swimming!.. but for exercise! I would have never thought about using that to take it easy on my joints until I lose more weight. Awesome.
