I'm a 5'6 1/2 female and my SW was 270. I am now 200. I am eating around 1500 calories per day give or take some here and there, and I am also doing mostly just walking on an incline as running makes my max heart rate in the 200s.. If I start following the IIFYM and I start lifting.. I would need to increase my calories…

Hmm, so you use MFP to count calories? Then you use Fitbit to estimate your calorie burn during your workout but don't log it on MFP so MFP won't say you "earned" those extra calories? Sounds reasonable. Thanks for the tip!
-
That makes sense. I am thinking I'm going to stop logging my workouts on MFP as well. I would much rather under estimate than over estimate and over eat. Thanks!

Mommy wars/boasting on Facebook or Instagram. Yes, we all know you dress your 4 year old like they're 15 in outfits you think are cute just to post on social media. We also don't need to know how amazing and better you think your child is. All kids are blessings. They are all equally great.

5 weeks post partum here!!! I have 50lbs to lose. It's hard to find energy and time to workout with a newborn Feel free to add!

Same here. I have had a physical and everything appears to be fine. I'm able to work out great with no pains, idk why I'm a little light headed, got headaches, and thirsty. I upped my water intake to see if it helped and it hasn't so far. I'm thinking its because overnight I've gone from eating 2500+ calories down to 1600…

CHEST PAINS. I've been having them and have seen multiple cardiologists who have done so many tests and apparently it's not my heart.. but it will be if I don't get this weight off. I do not want to have a heart attack :( I just had a sweet baby girl 4 weeks ago and have a 4 yr old. The thought of not seeing my kiddos grow…

I also just had a baby 4 weeks ago and gained a ton of weight throughout my pregnancy!!! I've just been walking on the treadmill while my baby sleeps. I live in Texas and its already scalding hot here, so I don't really want my newborn in the stifling heat. BUT i totally agree. Energy is at a ZERO!!!! Sleep? What is sleep?

Busy mom here as well. I find that what has helped me with my eating habits the MOST, would be logging EVERYTHING. If I ate something terrible, I logged it anyways. Eventually I got sick of seeing high fat/calorie foods in my log and stopped eating them because I knew I would have to log it.

My weight is coming off at about 1lb or a little less a day. Why? Probably because I have more than 60lbs to lose and I switched from a very fat greasy diet to a an extremely healthy diet practically overnight. Also, I went from being COMPLETELY inactive, to waking up at 6am everyday to work out. At one point or another…

bump! I need to know this info as well

Nope.

Only time I have ever "faked" is pregnancy is when I see people staring at my gut, so I rub it and put my hand over it to make it seem like I am preggo. Shame on me. Never again.

That's amazing, great work! How tall are you?

Get a fitbit or some type of monitor to track what you burn throughout the day

I like my child bearing hips lol. The one thing my husband tells me to try to keep would be my hips, and my booty. But everyone has their own preferences!
