Nevermind... I enabled negative calorie adjustments a few days ago and I guess this is the first day that it's actually had to go into action. I haven't earned extra calories... MFP is taking them back because I'm lazy! :p

Way to go! Going to an amusement park and being terrified that I wouldn't fit into the seats was my breaking point. Roller coasters are one of my favorite things and I never want to worry about that again!

I do have a free one on my phone, however, I would say I'm only carrying my phone about half the time that I'm up and moving around at home, work, etc. Lots of missed steps. I don't wear enough outfits with pockets! I imagine this being a really great solution for someone who keeps their phone on them all the time, though.

I did my first ever pre-work morning workout today. I usually work out after work, or in the mornings on my day off, but I peeled myself out of bed and got it done early today. I loved it, I think it'll be a habit soon!

It depends on what you're putting it in. If you're adding a lot of cream and sugar, try to scale those back. If you're a black coffee drinker, have at it.

I always enter weight/age into the machine but I don't recall it asking for gender, which I'm sure makes a difference!

alcohol is pure ethanol, ethanol is carbs. carbs = calories. the higher the alcohol content, the higher the calories. when i go out, i do vodka & water with lemon or jack & diet coke to save some calories.

I eat whatever I want as long as I can stay within my daily calories. If I have 300 calories left at the end of the day, I'll eat a candy bar. I'm consistently losing weight.
