You gotta plan better, girl! I feel like that's all I do now, plan meals. Each night I plan what I'm having the next day, at least part of the day and I pack for work accordingly. You gotta make time. You're worth it.

I'm sure they can! I know I said I wanted to have all my weight lost by the time I was 40 and now I'm 41, but I swear it's happening this year! RIGHT NOW is a good time! :)

Wow, you've done really well! I barely gained any weight with my two kids when I was prego also. Lost weight after and then slowly gained that back, so you are ahead of the game! Feel free to add me if you want another friend. :)

I think it's a matter of confidence, how you carry yourself, do you have a sense of humor? Can you make small talk, can you make someone feel comfortable in the first 15 min? Are you frigidity, uncomfortable in your own skin and can't even focus on the guy? Guy like a confident woman, someone who knows what they want and…
