    Condiments

Coarse ground black pepper ( that goes on everything except ice cream, and I'm willing to try that)
    ginger ( preferably crystallized!!)
Salt ( very little, and then Himalayan pink salt)
    Za'atar ( smoked thyme)
    Garam Masala
    Stone ground spicy brown mustard

There is NO ketchup in this house!

Sriracha (Thai: ศรีราชา, [sǐː.rāː.tɕʰāː] ( listen)) is a type of hot sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt.[1] It is named after the coastal city of Si Racha, in the Chonburi Province of Eastern Thailand, where it was possibly first produced for dishes served at local seafood restaurants.[
