I am also a double bagger. Don't have to double bag anymore but I still do. I will say that I used to be larger on top (spilling out of a D cup) and now I am lucky to fill a B cup. So there is a good chance you can lose from the twins as well. Never say never. :)

I am 5'2 and weigh 128lbs (started at over 200lbs). I would like to get down between 120 & 125.

SW - 219lbs (January 2011) CW - 129.6 GW - 130 UGW - 120

I'm also a teacher! I am High School teacher which means my "lunch" is actually @ 10:30am (unless it is Monday and we have early release so that means "lunch" is at 9:30am). My lunch takes me about 5 minutes in the morning to throw together. I typically pack Salad, carrots, cheese stick, hard boiled egg, nuts/peanut butter…

I'm in! I am in the home stretch and have lost my mojo! I need support! SW: 219 CW: 131.8 GW 125

I sleep in a sports bra. I have some irrational fear of something happening in the middle of the night (fire, robber, sick kid) and having to jump out of bed in a mad dash so I don't want the twins to be flapping about in my shirt.... LOL
-
I am also 5'2' so mine is also between 101.2lbs and 136.7lbs. I am currently 132lbs and initially when I started my journey (at well over 200lbs) 130lbs was my goal, now I am thinking I want to try for between 120-125lbs.

Last year I was in a size 22 pants and XXL shirt. This year I am in a size 4 pants and size small shirt.
-
I was walking between 2 and 5 miles 6 days per week.

It took me roughly 4months to lose 50lbs (was using just Weight Watchers then).

The lower I keep my carbs the better results I see.

Too few calories and too many carbs. When I had trouble losing weight, but was working my tail off and watching my intakes my doctor looked at my diary and noted that I was eating way too many carbs. I try and keep my carbs at no more than 10g's per meal (including my fruit/veggie carbs).

5'2 here! Feel free to add me. Can use all the support I can get and dish out the support as well!
-
I agree. You are eating a lot of carbs, unless of course that is what your healthcare provider suggested then carry on. The more carbs I eat the harder time I have losing weight.
-
I was all excited about this until I read the reviews... looks like the search continues.

If you have the 8p available can you send pictures?

Time to go shopping in a normal store!!!! Oh it is boatloads of fun!!! I always get excited each time I can wear a size smaller than last time! I looooooove shopping now (it seems to be all I do... ooops!)

I am 5'2 & started @ 219lbs in a size 22/xxl and I am now 143.5lbs and in a size 8 (can put on and button/zip a size 6 but have the dreaded muffin top) and small/medium. I think I got out of plus size (meaning could no longer shop at lane bryant) around 170-ish/160-ish pounds?
-
Purchasing a pair of jeans in a size 8... no muffin top and extra room to need a belt for... they FIT! ... single digit clothes... it has been eons!
-
LOL... that really made me laugh out loud.
-
I'm on the low carb plan... no more than 10 carbs per meal... not to exceed 40 per day. Makes eating a challenge since carbs seem to be in everything! Feel free to add me. :)

You CAN do it! Good luck on your journey!
-
You CAN do this and just remind yourself of all the reasons you are doing this. Keep your chin up!
-
Welcome and good luck on your journey to a healthy you! Feel free to add me. :)

Count me in!

I am in... if it isn't too late! I would love to get and give support. Anyone is free to add me. I started my journey at nearly 220lbs (219) and I am now 164.6lbs and would like to get down to 130lbs. I hit the gym 5x a week (I take the weekends off) and have just started using the elliptical as well as the treadmill. I…
