I have lost 44 lb in 90 days, but I'll presume that everybody is different. But however long it takes at the end of the day it's for the best.0

It took me roughly 4months to lose 50lbs (was using just Weight Watchers then).0

I went on a vacation and lost 14 lbs in 3 weeks, just from all the walking I was doing. I came home and joined a gym, in 7 weeks I lost 25 lbs. I just joined MFP back in the beginning of Oct. I generally have my measurments and weight taken on the 1st at the gym. I don't weigh myself at home....

i lost 46 lbs in about a month. But ive been BUSTING MY *kitten* and i dont think i let myself have a single day where i was over the cal limit set. if you slip up burn it off! put in the effort to correct your moment of binging.
258 lbs to 212 lbs. learned to run, hit the gym 3-5 times a week, walk atleast an hr EVERY DAY! and tried to burn as many cals as i can through the day. Ive learned that I LOVE to run now! and i love Lifting at the gym. you get hooked as soon as you start seeing results!
You CAN do this, and its all a matter of how bad you want it and what your willing to do for it!0 -
I started in late June. I hit the 50 lb. mark in early October, and reached 64 lb. yesterday. I did it with diet and exercise: I work out 6 days a week, walk 3+ miles most workdays, and watch what I eat very closely.0

I was walking between 2 and 5 miles 6 days per week.0 -
It took me about 11 months, but then again, my workout was postponed by a tornado taking out my entire neighborhood. I'm going to assume that without that wrench thrown in, it could have been shorter than that.0
