 Tiredness and sleepiness will automatically make your body strive for quick energy to stay awake, hence you will crave and want to eat carbs for that quick energy. I know that is for sure one way you can not lose or possible gain weight.
-
Why would you skip on the bread??!!! Your body needs and has to have complex carbs such as 100% whole grain bread. Don't do that to yourself.

Go to runningworld.com and analyze your foot and arches. This website will help you figure out what type of shoe you need. There are so many. It will tell you if you are an overpronater or a supinator and will define them for you. It is very helpful. Or you could go to a running store and let them analyze your gate. Hope…

The answer is yes and no. If your ALL thyroid levels are normal then you are normal and you can gain and lose weight normally. Its when the levels are off is when you have trouble either way. I have Graves disease which makes me have too much thyroid hormones, so I take meds to keep mine level until this summer, in which i…

What did you do to burn that many cals?
-
Its almost impossible to survive on 600 calories a day.! You need to reevaluate how you count your calories. You have to count every single pat of butter, bite, nibble, not to mention every meal. Trust me, everyone eats way more than they think.
-
so glad you put that info out here for all those "DIET COKE" PEOPLE.
-
water out of the faucet-- the best and no xtra costs!!!!!!!!!!! :drinker:
-
remember, it takes 3500 cals to gain 1 pound. you only went over 300!
-
depending on size of serving, but a 'deck of cards' size is safe to say about 200-250.
-
A calorie is a calorie when it comes to losing weight. When it comes to being healthy, then calories are not equal.

I mix Kelloggs All Bran- Bran Buds with my favorite cereal such as Kashi Crunch. That way I get lots of fiber and protein to fill me up. Sometimes I sprinkle corn chex or frosted mini wheats, or multgrain cheerios in it. I also add 1/8 cup of walnuts. Add a fruit, and its a complete breakfast!

it's 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of cream of soup, 1 cup crumbs, onions- grated, 1 tbsp. butter, tall can of salmonTO BE EXACT!!!! BAKE @ 350 FOR 38 MINUTES- LOAF STYLE IN A GREASED PAN.

I have a degree in wellness, and yes a calorie is a calorie. Losing weight means a math equation (burn more calories than you take in). That's it! BUT, not getting enough nutrients from fruits, vegetables, and whole grains will over time deteriorate your body!!!!!! Plus you will feel horrible all the time. Trust me on…
