Does this mean that our steps from garmin won't update to MFP ever?

Super helpful! It updated 481 aerobic calories 3x yesterday... so weird. And then in my feed it said I did 4 hours of hot yoga (when I only did one!). So I just deleted all but the hot yoga I know I did... but maybe I should have kept that one aerobic update?

I don't like to use whey because its genetically created, but I've found hemp protein powder to work just as well. I buy tempeh from trader joe's. It comes in a strip and as soon as I get it I cut into into 4th's and put in the fridge. One 4th is maybe a 120 cal's or so? Can't remember off-hand but its in the database, and is fully of healthy carbs & protein!

Diet soda's are some of the number one cancer causing foods out there - I would really try to cut them out if for nothing else but that. Good luck!

Interesting all of these comments because I only eat two pieces of fruit each day and seem to ALWAYS go over my sugar levels! I was honestly curious about the banana too.... do you all count the fruit-sugar in your sugar totals??
