What is funny is my husband and I wanted a boy...2 boys was our wish. But, I have 3 nieces now and my husband said he kinda wants a girl now. After dealing with infertility, I'm of COURSE happy to have either. But, I still kinda want a boy. lol

I am in maintenance and log every day (13 weeks pregnant and they want me to not to lose nor gain since my BMI is still high). I weigh in every day so I can see my daily fluctuations. Honestly, it's also for the fear I WON'T stay in maintenance if I don't...

For me, because of money also, it was about every 4 months; I just kinda wore my clothes baggy. After 30lbs, that's when I knew I had to start buying some new pants. Right now, I'm 12 weeks pregnant so holding onto the larger stuff has helped. ha!!

Same here...do what you feel is right. I was the same way going to try to change because of the sugars. I do mini wheats and/or cheerios and have been doing that for 2 years because that is the ONLY thing that kept me going and that would also keep me to eating breakfast. Have you tried maybe upping your fiber in other…

Victoria's Secret and Frederick's are my go to's so you already covered them. I like Fredericks better since they have more options as far as what we BOTH like where VS is kinda one sided sometimes depending on your partners tastes.

"wow. you've lost 60lbs? I didn't think you lost that much...huh...." (they later clarified that they didn't think I looked like I needed to lose that much to begin with but, at the time, this was horribly stated...)

Honesty is the best policy...and I would be worried if a doctor was sugar coating anything. Don't see why this is an issue with some people!!

This doesn't work for everyone. I'm a 50/25/25 (50% carbs, 25% protein, and 25% fat). I figured this out through metabolic testing. So, you can give it a try, but adjust however you see the results; my rule was 3 months (I know it sounds long) but 3 months for your body to adjust and to truly gauge how your body is…

You totally can wear this. And, if it makes you feel any better about being self-conscious, there are people who should NOT be wearing one who do anyway. you are not one of those. lol! You look amazing!!!!

I know how you are feeling. I lost 40lbs before, thought I could quit and gained 55lbs back. :-( I ended up losing 60 and will be getting a baby bump here soon. You can totally do this. :flowerforyou:

This...we ditched the gloves and do the chalk. Minimized it a lot for us.

...you get upset that you are only on day 570 of consecutive logins and haven't hit 1000 yet because you want to "level up" ...you plan your friday night dinner dates around what foods you can find in the MFP database "Bobby's Pizza Joint? Local fav? sorry.....no go...." ...if you forget to track your water for the day,…

You look great!! Keep it up!!!!

Unsweetened almond milk and pure liquid stevia extract for me. EDIT: Sorry, just saw your thing about stevia. Which one did you do? Liquid or powder? powder doesn't work for me (it had extra additives, too) and upsets my stomach but liquid doesn't. and is pure.
