August 23 for me!!!! We have a small wedding planned. 12 people. our kids, my mom, my best friend marrying us. And we are also doing it a medieval style. At the Quabbin Reservoir.

Hi, I am Krystin, and I am getting married Aug. 23. My goal is to lose 20 more lbs by then. so i am trying to step it up. My fiance and i have been together for 14 yrs and have 3 kids.

Nothing like taking a walk when you are pissed off. I just walked for 1.20 miles while listening to workout music. I was walking at a good pace too. Proud of myself for taking my frustrations and turning it into a good thing.

yes!!! I am frustrated too. And i only have 62 DAYS LEFT!!!! I have only lost 10 lbs, and I have 15 to 20 left to go. I am on panic mode!!!!!

I am having my dress made. It is a medieval style dress, so baggy, not tight. thank god!!! but... I will get to give her my final measurements before she ships it. I have 15 to 20 lbs. to lose in 62 days!!!

for breakfast today I tried Breakstone cottage cheese with strawberry sauce. 100 calories and it actually filled me up for quite a while.

I just joined today, and I don't have a bike at home, but just joined a gym. 3 days in a row, I did 6 minutes each day!!!

i am usually @ or undwr 1200 cals, but not losing weight. Imaybe this is why?

If i change goals to the correct amount of calories, and i add exercise, i just don't eat those cals correct? Not that i do anyway.

we have been together 13 yrs, i have had 3 kids with him. I went from 125 when we met / 22 to 60 lbs heavier. It is his way of being concerned i guess.

ya, I guess it doesn't make sense. lol. It's just frustrating when I went from 8 lbs. down to 3 lbs. down. I know I take too much stock in the scales. I measure myself once a month. and I know I should just use that. I guess because I haven't exercised like I was, due to laziness, one, weather, and losing momentum, I need…

I am 5' 4" 36 yrs old, and it gave me 1200 calories to eat a day. I do not have a scale to measure my food, however, I do my best to judge it. I have lost 6 lbs. altogether and 3 lbs since I started logging. I see results from exercise and so I will keep on trucking. thanks everyone
