  • Perhaps it's a Vitamin D deficiency? I recently moved up to the northwest and there's maybe been a handful of sunny days this entire winter. I haven't been very regular about taking my multi-vitamin since I moved up here, perhaps that's a contributing factor? Also, I have been keeping record of fruits and haven't had any…
  • "You look like a pretty big guy, so you should be losing at all of the intake levels you tried. Especially with high levels of activity. " Exactly! You'd think I'd still be losing weight? Especially given that I'm sticking to these intakes, have no cheat days, staying hydrated, and eating plenty of fruits, veggies, lean…
  • Yep, I've been keeping very close tabs on my intake. I don't use "cheat" days
  • Yep, love those things! I try to do about 3 sets of 4 min about 3-4 times a week. Killer workout! I've noticed that my stamina for other activities is improving significantly after starting with them. I'd love to know how many calories a typical circuit burns though. Anyone have any guesses?
  • Oh, sorry. I may have made that a little confusing. I mean that on the days I do Krav and weights, the combined is 1300 calories (1,081 for krav and then around 350 for weights). I'll certainly give the TDEE calc a shot, thank you! That's a good idea to look into the protein shakes as well. I'll ask around the forums for…

Then afterwards, have a good cool down and then ice the joints. Alternate cold and hot for about 10-15 minutes then take some…
  • I usually take in close to 2,000 calories as healthy as I can get it. However, since Krav and weight training both (according to Myfitnesspal) use up close to 1300 calories, I don't usually get anywhere near eating all of those calories(~2000+1300) in one day. How can you without just shoveling in fast food?
