  • I'm a stay at home mom so I bought a wii just for exercise purposes. I have the EA sports active 2 and am just finishing the 3 week cardio kickstart on medium and it's deff giving me a good workout and it mixes things up so you don't get bored. I also have zumba and just dance 2 for fun cardio stuff. The EA sports comes…
  • I bought a wii to be able to do exercises that will hold my intrest and also give me a challenge at home. I am a stay at home mom, so I work out during nap times. some days are better than others, but I can usually always get at least one 20 minute circuit training session on my EA sports, zumba, or just dance game done…
  • It has been my main form of exercise for my whole life! I've started long trotting my barrel horse to condition both of us and after 3 miles of posting to his quick little steps I'm wore out! Lol! I'm trying a lot harder to lose my baby weight this time around because my gelding is right at 14.3 and I am 5'6 so every pound…
  • I just bought it and love it so far! Never tried the wii fit but I just started really working out and am doing the cardio kick start 3 week program for about 20 min sessions on the medium setting. I am usually sweaty at the end and ready to be done! Lol! I like the heart rate mon and burn aprox 90 calories average in a…

  • Just got this game yesterday and day one was pretty fun but whew after 20 minutes on easy I was sweaty! It is a lot of very quick foot movements and I'm not the most coordinated person so it took a few reps to get t down. I know as I do it more it'll get easier, but coming from someone who has never attended a class or…

  • I have an almost 14.3 hand little appy gelding that I bought last April. I sold my 16 hand quarter horse mare to buy him and realized that once I had my son last June and sent him off to be broke in September, I needed to lose the baby weight to look a little more proportionate to his body size. Lol! I started training him…
  • you don't have to have weights, you can still get a good workout without them until you buy some. i actually cheat sometimes and just do the motions without the weights for some of the exercises. i have an 8 month old to carry around so i don't want to be too weak and risk dropping him. and you don't use an actual jump…
  • today will be day 3 level 1 for me, and my legs are killing me! gotta push through...
  • level one day 2 complete! boy was it hard =/ my legs literally feel like they are ready to give out but gotta stick it out. the push ups are the hardest thing for me to do, hopefully it will get easier!
  • so i'm a little sore from day one today, but i am going to force myself to continue through and do day 2 this afternoon durring the baby's 2nd nap. thankfully it's only 20 minutes because i think i'd die if it were any longer, and i just don't have time to do an hour long workout.
  • i just finished day 1 level 1 and have gummy legs big time! lol! this is my 3rd attempt at doing it the whole 30 days, maybe now that i have this helping me i can stick with it. i am 5'6 weigh 161 pounds. 35 inch waist and 43 inch hips (if i measured right). good luck to all!
