If you look at my diary you'll see that Minute Maid Light lemonade/Pink Lemonade are my go to drinks. Low in sugar, low in calories, tastes great and I'm not sensitive to the sweetener used. Whatever works for you. Don't dismiss water though. You can always do those water enhancers. People swear by them.

last weekend i went out of town for two days, when i came back and weighed myself i had gained 6 lbs. over the course of the week it dropped back down again and then some. a lot of cheat foods are full of sodium, and eating so much of them makes you retain water like crazy. just get back to business, the scale will drop…

I had a spinach wrap with grilled salmon, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and feta cheese and some steamed baby carrots and garlic hummus on the side + my minute maid light lemonade with frozen strawberry ice cubes that i ate as dessert :)
