            Start weight was 235 my current weight is 155, I'm 5'11". Starting size was 16, XL shirts and currently in size 6/8, size S shirts.0

            I started at 229 and I've been in the 130s for 8 months now 5'3.75" 5'3.75"
 I've tracked every day (880th login day today lol). I exercise 4-6 days per week (lifting and cardio). I eat lots of healthy food and some junky food every day. I don't let a bad day or a bad weigh in get me down. Good luck! Good luck!

            This is me!! I stated MFP the end of June of 2012 and have since lost *almost* 82 pounds! I still have a LONG way to go, but im prouf of where Ive come from! :flowerforyou:  
 My Highest weight was 246 pounds. I weighed 233 pounds when I started MFP. I am currently 165 pounds & hope to reach a total of 100 pounds lost soon!

 Granted, these are horrible fat pics. I do have much more attractive ones, but they don't show my body as well, so I am saying *kitten* pride, and showing you these. For reference, I went from 240 to 135 in about a year and a half, and I am 5'8.5" tall, with a large frame.
