    Starting picture I was roughly my starting weight 378, the other pic was me at 298 so I have lost few pounds since then.

    I don't want to be smaller then 110 lbs but no bigger then 120 lbs. I'm a mom of 2, had 2 c-sections, doing insanity right now and start Focus T25 on Aug 5th.

    Congrats to everyone! You all have done awesome and look great! I started at 205 and I'm only down to 187. I have seen some people on here with similar stats. I do notice a difference but not like the ones I have seen on here. Maybe it's because I am just used to looking at myself? I really need to find some before pics, though there aren't many, to compare to now.

    I started at 229 and I've been in the 130s for 8 months now :smile: 5'3.75"

    I've tracked every day (880th login day today lol). I exercise 4-6 days per week (lifting and cardio). I eat lots of healthy food and some junky food every day. I don't let a bad day or a bad weigh in get me down. :smile: Good luck!
