I go over my net calories 1-2 times per week, but never hit maintenance. I just shrug it off. It's part of life. There will always be a night out with the girls or vacation or date night, so I just log it and move on. Hasn't slowed/stopped my loss yet. Point is, don't quit.

unless you have a medical issue with high sugar levels, i wouldn't stress your sugars as long as they're coming from fruits. I'm always over on my sugars because i have fruit smoothies and parfaits a lot.

Dude, you need to eat REAL FOOD. Make your own food. Add veggies and more fruits, smoothies, nuts. And not only do you need to eat real food, but you need to eat more. Raise your calories in 100 calorie intervals. Aim for 1500-1700. With all this working out you do, you should be fine.
