I used to be obsessed with them back in 04 when that album came out. I used to listen to it in a portable CD player lol.

You will still lose weight. MFP has set up your net calorie total to already include a 500 cal deficit or a 1000 cal deficit depending on whether you selected to lose 1 or 2 pounds per week. It is adviced you eat those calories back because your body needs those calories for basic function, especially if you work out and…

I've been there, and I've managed to learn through trial and error.. This is just my opinion... but I think the problem here is the mentality you had going into your journey. Even though is was in the right place, from what you said it seems as if you refrained from foods you love, avoided them all together and maybe even…

I just made these for dinner. I added a bit of salt and had them with rosemary lime chicken breast cutlets, hass avocados, lettuce, tomatoes and a dash or sweet balsamic vinegrete. They were a hit!

You need to keep the snack to 2 snacks a day and eat full MEALS. Salmon, lean meats...carbs, brown rice, whole grain pastas, whole grain bread. Nuts, cashews, almonds etc, high in calories +good fats. Stir fry your veggies and proteins in olive oil for a calorie bump. Look up recipes! I mean, there's even an entire recipe…

I usually just incorporate my "cheat" meals into my daily calories. If i feel like having a cookie or ice cream, i log it. Simple as that. But I never do cheat day nor do I feel the need to. I assume it's because I don't deprive myself from anything. I just make sure I eat healthy at least 90 percent of the time, log what…

My advice is to make sure your BMR and TDE numbers are as accurate as possible. When I started logging calories I literally went online, found like 12 BMR and TDE calculators and avaraged out the results... each was 100-150 cal higher than what MFP had set up for me. So now I play with those 100-150 cals depending on what…

I've lost 62 lbs so far, 48 on my own and 14 since being on MFP (4 weeks). I work out 6 days per week and I try to eat at the caloric goal set up on MFP. I log EVERYTHING. I log it as I'm eating it, and in your case, that's probably the best thing you can do. I do pretty strenuous workouts (Insanity, P90X, Turbofire, lots…
