  • I used to take steak to work and cook it in the sandwich press/panini maker we have at work. As long as you set the minimum squish to thick so it didnt turn into bacon - 2-3 mins and it was cooked both sides.

  • I think caffeine is bad for people like me. It has little benfit to me these days due to the quantity I drink. Im in the upwards of 10-15 cups a day. Everyday for the last 10 years.   • Hey there. My partner and I did our first workout tonight (restarting). It definitely works you out and sweats you out. We are doing a modified lean 90 days. Swapping the pull up days for Plyometrics as we don't have the bar.
