For oopsie bread/rolls use cream of tartar not white vinegar like in the op's blog it makes a big difference in how they turn out. If you do a quick search on pinterest you'll find tons of links to oopsie breads or even just google.

Psychological break, reload glycogen stores if working out a lot or starting a new workout plan or if you've been stuck at the same weight for a few weeks... Maybe more reasons but those are the three I can think of. Last time I did low carb I was fine for about 5 weeks before I binged and over ate all junk for a week…

Could mean a person who just smokes while drinking or maybe they are trying to quit and only smoke after meals or at night when the craving hits. Could also just mean someone who only smokes a few a day, instead of nonstop during the day.
