I have always ordered it directly from Bell Plantation. There a a few places around here that sell it. I will look next time I go to Walmart. PB2 has been a rage on Weight Watchers for years! Got tons of recipes when I was on WW.

You didn't say which fitbit you bought. If you have the fitbit flex wristband you can wear it in the water. I sync my fitbit (flex) with their website and go in daily and tell it what I have done. It tells me the steps, calories burned and etc. I don't use it for MFP, I use MFP for my exercise. I wear it to aqua aerobics…

I have a fitbit but don't use it for my calorie counter. Only for steps. I use MFP for my calorie input. In away I think my fitbit is useless!!

I agree, there is no quick fix. You have to learn how to eat responsibly.

This is a lifestyle change. We hardly ever buy fast food or do takeout but if we do we make good choices by looking on their website and find the ni on what they have. You have to make up your mind if you want to do it or not and stick to it. It is not a diet it is a whole lifestyle change. We can push you in the right direction but in the end it's all up to you!!! You must log everything that you eat or drink! You can add me if you would like to. Sharon

MFP will tell you how many calories you should be consuming. I think you need to go to MY HOME then find settings I think. There you put in your height, weight, daily activity. Yes, you have to input everything you eat into the food tracker. Use Exercise tracker for your exercise. You should have done this when you created…
