There are a lot of chair exercises that you can do. In fact zumba has one that you can find on youtube. I know a woman who was on weight watchers and she has lost 400 lbs from a wheelchair. If your Dr.s says 1600 I would stick to that or talk to them again about it. Maybe you also see a dietitian alot of insurance…

My husband quit 20 months ago, my daughter 10 months ago, and me 14 months ago and use the e-cigs. We have discussed this our Dr's and they.back us 100% on using this method. Congrats on your 21 days! Keep up your fantastic work!!

Try a different exercise routine like weights or something like that. Something you haven't done before that you can make it a challenge. Also, try changing around your diet to make it more eventful!! Good Luck on your Journey. You have done an awesome job so far!!

Yep looks the same as mine. Just take your time losing the weight and make sure you exercise. I don't walk much because of my knees but I have been telling a huge difference in my overall body by doing water aerobics!! Good Luck on your journey.

No, I can't say that I do. Just stay on your path and hold your ground. Good for her wanting to lose weight fast, she will just gain it back!!! Slow and Steady is the best way and she fill soon find that out!!

My dh made me a spinach omelet this morning and it was awesome using eggbeaters white only, frozen spinach, mushrooms, canadian bacon, a little onion and feta cheese. It was great! I am not a big eggbeater person but I couldn't tell the difference!!

I am on a 1400 calories a day. I have to have 70 protein mixed into that! I have not been hungry. I do eat back my exercise calories occasionally but try not to. I do water aerobics 3 or 4 times a week and take swimming lessons. I will be adding zumba or something else to my routine once I feel like I am strong enough.…

I have to have 70 protein a day between the 3 meals and a snack per my dietitian. Every time I eat a protein I have to eat a fruit. So I am eating 4 fruit a day! She must have a reason for this!
