Please feel free to add me, I am not new to MFP but I took a break. A lot of my friends are now inactive. I am a WW member but not seeing much progress. I did better on MFP than on any other program. Going to double track for a few months then leave WW. Need motivation buddies!

Wow what a fantastic job you have done! Saw the first video and when I get back from water aerobics I will be having a notepad in hand! I made cheeseburgers last week with ground beef, bacon bits, feta cheese crumbles, finely chopped onion and egg. They were awesome!

I only subtract the fiber from the carbs. (I am on Atkins and there is nothing ever mentioned that I have found about subtracting any kind of calories)

Mine was picture worthy, it was 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 slices of bacon!!

I take the meta probiotic everyday and it seems to be working so so. Never heard of PGX is this a stool softener?? If not try a stool softener. When I broke the bone in my shoulder and was really constipated because of the pain meds I had to take Castor oil. I don't wish that on my worst enemy!

Give the scale time to catch up! I keep forgetting to take measurements, must put that on my to do list. I try and plan my meals a day in advance so I know what I can have and what I might have to leave off of the menu if I have reached calories and carbs. The hardest thing I have found is breakfast.....I so miss my cereal…

I also use my fitbit for steps and use MFP for calories. I don't input any food or etc into fitbit.

I am keeping up with my calories but not as much as I am the carbs. Carbs first than calories is what I am doing. I'm on 30 carbs 1200 calories. Trying to stay around 22 for carbs.

I have had daily diarrhea for over a week. I mean every time I went to the bathroom. I started taking Meta Biotic Probiotic and it has done wonders for me. I think my system was confused over the lack of fiber and carbs for sure.

Mine is my heart, I had open heart surgery in 2012 @ 58. I now carry in me 2 cow valves. I've got to keep these guys healthy and happy. I had a great recovery and knowing when I get older I will probably have to have it done again I want to make sure I am healthy and fit. Also, I'm doing it for me so I can be around to see…

My only struggle is breakfast. Getting kind of tired of eggs. Need to find a way to mix it up. Along with that I'm a picky eater. I'm on 22 carbs a day so it is a challenge for sure! KnitOrMiss can't wait to try the jello-fat-bombs! Thanks so much for sharing.

I use them as my french fries and potato chips. Get a low carb burger from Hardee's with no ketchup or tomato and I'm in heaven!

I agree with Diane don't fall back into your old eating habits. Do one day and at a time log your food and find your weaknesses. It's going to take time, you didn't lose it overnight the first time. No need in being mad with yourself. Just make better choices when you feel the need to eat more, something that will fill you…

Just take one day at a time, I have been here for 601 days have not lost that much weight because of set backs in my health and breaking bones but I record everything I eat everyday.
