Take a protein bar, apple, banana or something with you and eat after?? Don't really know, I go to h20 aerobics @ 5:30 so when I come home it's dinner time!!

Me personally wouldn't do it more than once a day if it's a protein shake. The dietitian told me to drink one in the morning. Than eat a good lunch and dinner. I have to eat 30g protein 3x a day and 10g for lunch. And every time I eat a protein I have to have a fruit. Just make sure you are getting in all of your protein,…

I would take baby steps in adding back beef and pork. Like the above poster said maybe a soup with some beef and go from there. Get your body use to having it before having that bacon cheeseburger.

From my understanding on what I have read your minimum should be 1200 not 800. 800 is way to low.

Mine also keeps changing. The dietitian put me at 1400 and it keeps changing to 1460. She also has me on 70 protein a day and that also keeps changing. And everytime they change it I keep forgetting how I change it back. Frustrating.

After I had open heart surgery the doctor told me to stay off the treadmill and go out and walk! And, yes it is harder to walk outside than on the treadmill I found that out. You have done great on the treadmill. Like one member said just add 1/2 mile at a time. And, remember you do have to walk back!!
