Well then I guess what would equate to scooping ice cream till my arms a noodle and my bodies sore twice a week? Do you think there's an activity I could track instead of switching my activity level daily? Sorry I'm super new to this tracking stuff. I'm working on getting a new Fitbit since mine died a while back.

Trust me I am, my account is set to lightly active as is because I hike a lot and live in the mountains. My other job is really low in activity, so I definitely feel a difference between the two.

Okay so I guess my second question is how do I set it to moderately active for one day?
