How do I log this?

I work 2 days a week at a customize your own ice cream sandwich place. I'm pretty sure I get a better workout working here two days a week than doing my normal workout (haha). That being said, how would I track continuous scooping of ice cream and running back and forth for three hours? My arm is definitely a noodle and my bodies sore after each shift. But it's not part of my daily routine so I'd like a way to track it.

I don't really know if you'd be burning much more calories than on sedentary. If you feel hungrier, switch to lightly active for those days.

Okay so I guess my second question is how do I set it to moderately active for one day?

Trust me I am, my account is set to lightly active as is because I hike a lot and live in the mountains. My other job is really low in activity, so I definitely feel a difference between the two.

Well then I guess what would equate to scooping ice cream till my arms a noodle and my bodies sore twice a week? Do you think there's an activity I could track instead of switching my activity level daily? Sorry I'm super new to this tracking stuff. I'm working on getting a new Fitbit since mine died a while back.

I would just eat normally, and track my weight over a few weeks. If it's more loss than expected, eat a bit more. Don't overcomplicate it!

If you hike already...I don't understand this. Take it from someone who is on their feet a lot, scooping ice cream for a few hours isn't giving you a ridiculously extra burn.
