I've done both 30DS and Ripped in 30. I thought the programs were similar but I like Ripped in 30 so much more. I don't seem to lose any weight when doing Jillian's video's but I do tone up, get stronger, and lose inches. If you had good results with 30DS, I think you'll like Ripped in 30.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I've lost 126 lbs. and held it constant for 2 years now. I'm not sure on my body fat % but I strength train alot along with my cardio and have built substantial muscle underneath my loose skin. Thanks everyone! I have a variety of machines (ellipitical, treadmill, bike) at home that I use and I've been running along with an array of Jillian Michael's DVDs for the past 3 years but I've been fixated on getting a rowing machine for a few months. I'm def going to look into these machines more! Thanks for the advice!

I totally agree. I just don't understand how people can look at pets as just "a dog" or just "a cat". My dogs are the most loyal and loving furry little babies and it's been heartbreaking to lose each one.
