I eat some of my calories back. If you are at a deficit, then you will lose weight. The more calories you burn, the more you can eat. I usually dont have to eat all of them back to get full.

I always crave something sweet during work. Sugar free Jello vanilla/chocolate swirl is only 60 cals. The sugar free Jello are 10 cals.

I also agree with cheat MEALS, not cheat DAYS. When I know I am going out to eat and I want to enjoy a meal that I usually can't eat, I eat healthy so I can save more calories for it, and even if I go a little over my calories that day, I am ok with that. But at least I know I didn't go crazy the whole day.

Eating less. I used to fill my plate and eat it all. I have learned a lot about portion control and it feels good to know when I am full and not feeling like a pig after a meal.

I always net around the same and I feel totally fine. I eat dinner after my workout, and I am full without having to eat back all the calories I am supposed to. As long as you feel healthy then go for it.

I am sure they have noticed, they are just not sure if it is ok to ask. I have lost 45lbs so far and I have had people at work tell me "Can I ask you something? Have you lost weight? You look great!". I have obviously lost weight, and they know it, but you can tell they are hesitant to just talk about it.

I have done it twice and have lost 40lbs. I LOVE IT!!!! Just do it at your own pace. It might be hard in the beginning, but don't quit. It feels good when you start getting better and can do it faster :)
