Fitness pal adds in calories burned in exercise...

Question for all you fitness gurus: When you calorie count and exercise too do you eat your calories burned? ie: do you eat the additional calories gained by exercising?

    I do, well at least 1/2 to 3/4.

    I assume most calories burned are going to be over estimated, even with my HRM.

    Unless you are using TDEE method which includes your exercise calories.

    I eat some of my calories back. If you are at a deficit, then you will lose weight. The more calories you burn, the more you can eat. I usually dont have to eat all of them back to get full.

    Yes. I always eat back my exercise kcal, except on days when I've burned more kcal than I physically can consume within a matter of hours. I exercise every day, so it takes a bit getting used to, as I more or less eat like a horse. Some people prefer to loose weight without exercise, but they run the risk of loosing valuable muscle mass, and as a result develop loose skin, such as a kangaroo pouch, and/or bingo wings. Something, I've no intention of getting. Yes, I eat back what I can, as my body needs it, after a work out. It's called muscle repair, and helps to shape the body into a more toned version. It doesn't happen overnight, but with patience. A lot of patience.
